On August 26th 2010 Restore-All Corporation in conjunction with the Variety Club – A Children’s Charity will be hosting the Second Annual Charity Golf Tournament In an effort to raise funds. A silent auction will be held the day of as well as proceeds from the event being donated to Variety Club of Ottawa
Tournament will be “Best Ball” Format

Cost this year is $140.00 per person which includes 18 holes of Golf, BBQ Lunch, Dinner and golf cart. Should you wish to attend dinner only the cost is $35.00 per person
Please note there will be NO REFUNDS for cancelled bookings
Applications and full payment must be submitted by August 13th 2010 Please make payment to Restore-All Corporation There will be no payments accepted the day
of the event
